Takeshi Yamamoto is an artist who works in two distinct mediums: printmaking and three-dimensional sculpture. His theme is the chair. In his prints, he skilfully constructs chairs using an original transfer technique, bringing the images to life and transforming them through layering and reproduction. In his three-dimensional works, he creates a world of chairs within acrylic boxes using prints he has produced himself.
